Westpac has supported New Zealand rescue helicopters since 1981 and a principal sponsor of the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
Westpac promotes & manages the nationwide Westpac Chopper Appeal, raising over $1 million for New Zealand’s rescue helicopters each year.
Gallagher's Sponsor Story
Since the inception of the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter in 1987, Gallagher has remained a committed partner of the life-saving service.
In addition to their dedicated sponsorship, which has spanned over 30 years, Gallagher sells their infamous stock sticks at the annual Fieldays – with all proceeds going directly to your rescue helicopter.
Ebbett Toyota's Sponsor Story
Ebbett Toyota have been long-time supporters of the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter and have generously supplied the crew with a Toyota Hilux for use as a Rapid Response Vehicle.
Over and above their sponsorship, Ebbett Toyota teamed up with fellow sponsors Power Farming in 2020 in an initiative that generated an amazing $16,000.
Maisey Group's Sponsor Story
Joining our family of sponsors in 2005, the relationship between Maisey Group and the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter spans over 18-years.
Over and above their sponsorship, The Maisey Group Golf Tournament raises additional funds for the rescue helicopter. A great day of golf, networking, and auctions for a critical service.
Power Farming's Sponsor Story
Together with Ebbett Toyota, Power Farming worked on an initiaitive to raise money for the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter in early 2020. For every bit of used machinery or equipment that was sold through the Power Farming stores in Te Awamutu and Morrinsville, Power Farming donated $200 towards your rescue helicopter.
This, together with Ebbett Toyota's contributions, raised an incredible $16,600 over 2 months.

KCE (King Country Energy) first signed on as a supporting sponsor of the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter in 2016.
As a proud sponsor of this life-saving service, King Country Energy ran quiz nights and auction fundraisers where 100% of funds raised go toward the Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
