I want to do this because: The Bayleys Sheep Dog Trials supporting Greenlea Rescue Helicopter, is an event to raise awareness and much needed funds for the Greenlea Rescue Helicopter. Through your support they can continue to perform hundreds of life-saving rescue missions each year, saving lives in your community. You never know when you or your loved ones will need the vital services of your rescue helicopter.
About this service: The Greenlea Rescue Helicopter is a fully-fledged air emergency medical service that services the Central Plateau & Lakes region across the Central North Island. It brings life-saving equipment and rescue personnel directly to patients, 24/7, 365 days a year, and is staffed by an amazing & experienced crew of Critical Care Flight Paramedics (CCFP), Crewmen and Pilots. Donations from fundraising go towards the operational costs, which helps ensure the rescue helicopter can continue to carry out life-saving missions, whenever and wherever needed.
