Allflex’s Sponsor Story
Allfex originally began supporting the Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter back in 1996, and recently came back on board as sponsors in 2020.
In addition to their sponsorship, Allflex donates the proceeds from their personalised tag stations held at the Central Districts & South Island Agricultural Field Days and annual Fieldays. The initiative proves to be wildly popular and has raised a massive $xxx in 2021.

Sponsor Story
Manawatu Toyota is one of the longest-running continuous sponsor relationships of the Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter
Manawatu Toyota has provided the Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter with a long line of vehicles over the many years they have been supporting. Even now, Manawatu Toyota sponsors the current rapid response vehicle, fitted with an LED light bar and a siren system, to ensure the team can move quickly and safely through traffic, ensuring rapid response to those in need.
Westpac’s Sponsor Story
Westpac has been supporting New Zealand rescue helicopters since 1981, and is an associate sponsor of the Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter, as well as sponsoring many other of New Zealand’s other regional rescue helicopters.
As well as donating money directly, Westpac promote and manage the Westpac Chopper Appeal which runs nationwide and aims to raise over $1 million for New Zealand’s rescue helicopters each year.
Westpac staff also volunteer to help out on the 2019 Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter Open Day. Staff helped out at the BBQ as well as in the kid’s section.
